ATOL Protection

We work with an ATOL licensed air partner to service all of your flights, so you are financially protected. Each booking will issue a certificate number which will be specific to your reservation. The law says your holiday must be protected if it is a package holiday. ATOL (which stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is a UK financial protection scheme and it protects most air package holidays sold by travel businesses that are based in the UK. The scheme also applies to some flight bookings, usually those where you book flights (including UK domestic flights) but do not receive your tickets immediately.

IATA – Travel Industry Designated Services

IATA / TIDs is an agency identification program that allows the bookings of travel sales intermediaries to be recognised by industry suppliers from airlines, hotel & resort chains, cruise lines, car rental companies, theme parks, and rail companies. Through a referral application process, a travel intermediary that has been accepted into the TIDS program has been properly vetted by IATA, meets all industry requirements, and can access a broad supplier network to book travel and receive commissions.
