Our mission is to be a leader in ethical and responsible travel. We actively support ecotourism by funding research and education initiatives, helping to keep our world safe and thriving for future generations. Each Wanderlux expedition offers travelers the chance to learn, be inspired, and make a tangible difference by contributing to local projects globally.
We take our duty of care seriously, keeping up-to-date with Foreign Office Advice and State Department warnings. We would never send our guests to destinations considered unsafe or unethical and work closely with local partners to prevent potential conflicts.

Our carefully selected partners access the most knowledgeable and passionate guides to lead you step by step through their destinations, offering a truly authentic and educational insight. Through our expeditions, Wanderlux and our guests contribute towards economic and environmental development, and in some instances offer unique access to protected regions to aid research with an expedition leader. Opportunities to learn about ongoing research such as marine biology, wildlife tracking and photographic documentation are at the forefront of each of our expeditions, not only to enhance your experience but also to encourage and educate best practices in the future.
Our motto is to preserve and protect indigenous ecosystems and minimise our footprint wherever we can. This is why our booking process offers the opportunity for guests to offset their carbon footprint and compensate expedition emissions through a variety of ways. By actioning this process, we aim to balance out our contribution towards global warming and take ethical action.
Oceans of Hope UK
Oceans of Hope is a UK registered charity for people with MS, led by people with MS. They aim to offer people from all over the world the opportunity to experience sailing as a way of learning new skills and restoring the self-confidence which can be stolen by MS. Through the varied sailing Challenges, they create a safe environment for people with or impacted by MS to realise their own ability and achieve extraordinary things. Enabling people with MS to live their lives to the full and to challenge the limitations they may experience from the condition. Our Founder of Wanderlux, Rebecca Green is a Trustee of Oceans of Hope UK.
The Conscious Travel Foundation
The Conscious Travel Foundation was established to reinforce the positive impact of the travel industry and inspire a more meaningful way of exploring the world – giving back to those who need it most. As a Collective member, we partner alongside a host of leading industry experts and a global network of passionate sustainability advocates – five of whom join a team of mentors. Each of the five hails from a different sector of the tourism industry, bringing their own personal passions, experiences and insights which we believe will be invaluable as our members continue (or start) their own conscious travel journeys.
Superyacht charities trust (SYC)
With a passion for the seas, we assist in supporting fundraising projects for Superyacht Charities, who continuously create opportunities to raise money for a number of maritime-focussed charities. Whether this be Oceans of Hope UK for Multiple Sclerosis sufferers, Sail4Cancer or Turn to Starboard, the Superyacht Charities Trust continues to secure financial funding for worthy causes, assisting not-for-profit and non-government funded charitable organisations here in the UK.
Space for a Better World
Space for a Better World was formed to inspire and educate people from all ages and walks of life about the ways space technology benefits life on Earth. They educate through story telling content, curated experiences, events, and educational partnerships. Wanderlux are a proud partner of Space for a Better World, supporting work alongside a diverse group of organizations who are committed to solving the United Nation’s SDG’s, promote sustainability, and raise awareness about the ways space tech can be and already is being used for good. We also curate experiences with astronauts to give people a chance to experience the awe of our planet up close with those who have a unique perspective of seeing Earth from space.
Founding Member of the Travel Sisterhood
Since 2022, the Travel Sisterhood is leading a global network of women dedicated to enhance the luxury travel sector by fostering a welcoming community of female Luxury Travel Designers. The goal is to empower and support each other on the field of travel, business and life! This collective is a place to share ideas and knowledge in a supportive, female led environment and offers a platform to share knowledge, access exclusive supplier events, leverage collective bargaining power in supplier negotiations, access net contracts shared within our community, support female-led charitable organisations that benefit underprivileged or women and girls or those navigating challenging circumstances and offer mentorship opportunities to newcomers in our sector.
